Terms for Right of Revocation

Information on how to exercise the right of withdrawal in the case of a sales contract for the delivery of one or more goods in one shipment.

Revocation instruction (right of revocation) according to § 4 Abs 1 Z 8 FAGG

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or someone named by you Third parties other than the carrier who have taken possession of the goods; To exercise your right of withdrawal, write to:

You can use a model withdrawal form or another clear statement (regardless of form). To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the communication regarding your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

Consequences of revocation

If you revoke this contract, all payments to you made by you, including the delivery costs immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your cancellation of this contract and the goods were returned undamaged, repaid. In no case will you because of this charged with Refund fees.

The repayment is usually made within 3 working days after receipt of the goods.

You have the goods immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day when you exercise your right of withdrawal, to the address shown above. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. If the goods are lost during the return, no compensation can be paid. The goods must be insured if necessary.
